DOES RELIEFBAND REALLY WORK?
Yes, this is confirmed by numerous and thorough clinical studies, as well as abundant positive feedback from hospital physicians and users.
Reliefband alleviates nausea and vomiting caused by various factors, such as different forms of motion sickness (car, bus, train, airplane, boat, amusement rides, etc.), morning sickness from pregnancy, chemotherapy, migraine, and nausea related to anxiety disorders.
HOW DOES RELIEFBAND WORK?
Reliefband® generates a patented pulse that stimulates the median nerve located on the underside of the wrist. These signals travel through the body’s nervous system to the part of the brain that controls nausea and vomiting.
The impulses have a balancing effect – the brain sends signals to the stomach to help it calm down, thereby reducing nausea and vomiting symptoms.
DOES RELIEFBAND ALSO WORK FOR CONDITIONS LIKE HANGOVER?
Reliefband® was developed for the prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting caused by motion sickness, chemotherapy, pregnancy, and post-operative recovery.
However, Reliefband® also works well for the prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting associated with hangovers, anxiety, and migraines diagnosed by a doctor.
DO I NEED TO USE GEL FOR IT TO WORK?
Yes, the gel ensures more comfortable and effective treatment. Use about a pea-sized drop. Spread the drop in a circular motion on the skin until a sheen remains, covering an area about the size of a 2-euro coin on the designated contact point on the underside of the wrist.
HOW LONG DOES THE BATTERY LAST BEFORE REPLACEMENT?
Reliefband® Sport lasts about 25 hours on a full charge at medium intensity.
Reliefband® Flex lasts about 350 hours on a full charge at medium intensity.

Which hand should I use – left or right?
Left hand – for relaxation and sleep in the evening (we recommend starting with the slow mode).
Right hand – for calming, focus, and improved mental clarity during the day (use either fast or slow mode as you prefer). The fast mode on the right hand also works as a “refresh mode” upon waking, for post-nap drowsiness, or to improve mood during mild depression.
Both are correct – choose according to your goal.

Most people describe the feeling as light and relaxing, almost like a slow heartbeat in your hand that helps you calm down and unwind. If you don’t feel anything at first, try adjusting the intensity or slightly repositioning the device in your palm.
Can children use Calm Me?
Yes, children aged 6 and older can use Calm Me. Many families include it in their child’s bedtime routine to support relaxation and more peaceful sleep.
How often should I use Calm Me?
You can use it as often as you like.
Does Calm Me help with travel or motion sickness?
Many users have shared that they feel calmer and more confident while traveling when holding Calm Me. Since the PC8 acupressure point is traditionally associated with balance and stability, Calm Me may also help with motion sickness. However, because the device must be held in the hand to work, for motion sickness we recommend using the Reliefband.
