How to use

find a point on your wrist

First, find the point on your wrist where you want to place the Reliefband® Sport – about two finger widths from the crease of your wrist. This is where the median nerve is located

Add gel to your hand

Apply a pea-sized drop of conductive gel to the underside of your wrist, spreading it evenly in a circular pattern, about the size of a 2 euro coin.

Turn on

Turn on the Reliefband® Sport by pressing the power button for 3 seconds until the lights come on.
